1. Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the lk9999 website at https://lk9999.pro and all associated services, features, content, and mobile-browser interfaces operated by lk9999.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a User on the Platform.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka (৳), the sole currency accepted for deposits, wagers, and withdrawals on lk9999.
• "Services" means sports betting, live casino, slots, instant-win games, promotions, and any other wagering or gaming products offered through the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free spins value, or non-cashable balance credited to your Account by lk9999 as part of a promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be staked before they become eligible for withdrawal, as specified in each individual promotion's terms.

2. Eligibility

To open and maintain an Account on lk9999, you must at all times satisfy the following eligibility requirements :

• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.

• You have not been self-excluded from lk9999 or any other gambling platform that participates in a shared exclusion programme.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and are not under any legal disability or restriction that would prevent you from doing so.

lk9999 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a national identity card, passport, or birth certificate. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within 7 days of a request will result in Account suspension pending review.

3. Account Registration and Security

When registering an Account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You must promptly update your Account details if any information changes. lk9999 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate Account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any other person. Any activity conducted through your Account will be treated as having been carried out by you personally. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify lk9999 support immediately at [email protected].

lk9999 employs SSL encryption and industry-standard security measures to protect your Account and personal data. However, you acknowledge that no electronic transmission over the internet is entirely secure, and lk9999 cannot guarantee absolute security against all potential threats.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on lk9999 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.
• Processing time: Deposits are credited to your Account within approximately 60 seconds under normal conditions. Withdrawals are typically processed within minutes, subject to verification checks.
• Fees: lk9999 does not charge any deposit or withdrawal fees. However, your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank) may apply their own transaction charges, which are your sole responsibility.
• Verification: Withdrawals above ৳25,000 within any 24-hour period may be subject to additional identity verification before processing.
• Source of funds: lk9999 reserves the right to request evidence of the source of funds deposited into your Account as part of its anti-money laundering obligations.

lk9999 will only process withdrawals to payment methods that have been previously used for deposits on the same Account, unless an exception is approved in writing by lk9999 support. We will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or accounts held in a name other than the registered Account holder.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

lk9999 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible users. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, including applicable wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum odds, and expiry periods. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

• Bonuses are issued to one Account per person, per household, per IP address, and per device.
• lk9999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited and actively being used at the time of change shall not be affected retroactively.
• Any attempt to abuse promotional offers — including but not limited to arbitrage betting, bonus hunting across multiple accounts, or using automated systems — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in permanent Account closure.
• Bonus Funds cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or applied to account-balance top-ups except in accordance with the stated wagering requirement terms.
• Real-money deposits that have not been wagered at least once prior to a withdrawal request may have the equivalent bonus amounts deducted from the withdrawal total.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all wagers and games placed or played on lk9999:

• All bets are final once confirmed. lk9999 will not reverse or amend a confirmed bet except in the case of a manifest error (see Clause 7).
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and game types. These limits are displayed at the point of placing a bet and may be changed by lk9999 at any time without prior notice.
• lk9999 reserves the right to void any bet that is placed on an event affected by corruption, match-fixing, or any other integrity concern, whether or not the event has been settled at the time of discovery.

• Technical failures: In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the outcome of a game or bet, lk9999 will investigate and apply the most equitable resolution available. In cases where a fair resolution cannot be determined, affected bets may be voided and stakes returned.

7. Manifest Errors

A "manifest error" is an obvious and palpable mistake in any odds, line, spread, or game outcome displayed on lk9999 that any reasonable person would immediately recognise as incorrect. Examples include but are not limited to: odds of ৳1,000 to ৳1 on an event with an objectively near-certain outcome; a payout multiplier displaying 10,000x when the game's documented maximum win is 500x.

lk9999 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds affected by a manifest error and to recover any winnings paid out as a result of such an error, regardless of whether the error was caused by lk9999, a third-party data provider, or a software malfunction. Where funds have been withdrawn, lk9999 may deduct the equivalent amount from future winnings or request reimbursement directly.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on lk9999 and will result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or financial crime.
• Employing automated systems, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets or exploit game mechanics.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live dealer games, or any other multiplayer format.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors knowingly and continuing to play after becoming aware of such an issue, rather than reporting it to lk9999 support.
• Attempting to access another user's Account without authorisation.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abusive language, or threats directed at lk9999 staff or other users.
• Charging back or disputing legitimate transactions with your payment provider in bad faith after receiving corresponding Platform credits.

9. Responsible Gaming

lk9999 is committed to the promotion of responsible gambling among all users. 10. Account Closure and Termination

Upon closing your Account, any remaining real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to any outstanding verification requirements.

lk9999 may suspend or permanently close your Account at any time if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms.
• lk9999 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Your Account is found to be in violation of the eligibility requirements set out in Clause 2.
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance obligations require lk9999 to do so.

In cases of Account closure by lk9999 due to a breach of these Terms, lk9999 reserves the right to withhold any balance remaining in the Account pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, the withheld balance may be forfeited in whole or in part.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the lk9999 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, software, and the overall look and feel of the Platform, is the exclusive property of lk9999 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of lk9999.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, lk9999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of business opportunity, or any other financial or non-financial loss, even if lk9999 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

lk9999's total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising from or related to your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit lk9999's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

13. Privacy and Data Protection
